Diagnosing lawn care issues
Spraying or applying granular applications to lawns
Offering excellent customer service
Providing written notes for internal records and customer communication
Suggesting other services when applicable
A love of the outdoors
A sense of humor
Honesty and integrity
Prior lawn care experience a plus, but not required (we'll train the right individuals)
Valid VA Registered Technician (preferred)
Ambition to pass the VA Applicator license certification test in the first 6 months-we will prepare you and pay for this exam)
Valid VA drivers license (required)
Hard work ethic
Ability to work unsupervised
Dependability
Attention to detail, specifically safety guidelines
Starting pay of $45,000 to $65,000 per year based on experience
Additional commissions and bonuses
Mon.-Fri. work (little to no weekend work)
