Maintenance Estimate (no charge)
We will be happy to provide an estimate for lawn or landscape
maintenance at no charge. Our definition of a maintenance
service is any service that we perform for you on a regular
basis. Please

for a complete list of our maintenance services. Our estimators
are usually able to drop off a maintenance contract within 2 to
3 days of your request. Please email or call us for a
complimentary maintenance estimate.
Landscape Estimate ($25 fee)
If the work you are looking to have done is relatively basic
then a landscape estimate is all you need. One of our
professional landscape estimators will be sent out to your home
to walk the property and write up an accurate quotation. Your
presence is not required for a landscape estimate. However, if
your project requires more thought and deliberation and you
would like to meet with one of our talented landscape
professionals, then a landscape consultation is what you'll
need.
The $25 landscape estimate fee will be credited back to you upon
acceptance of the contract.
Landscape Consultation ($50.00 fee)
One of our professional landscape designers will meet with you
at your home. There is a $50 fee for all consultations in our
normal service area. If you are outside of our normal service
area there will be an $80 fee for a consultation. The
consultation fee will be credited back to you with a purchase of
$1,000 or more. A specific time will be scheduled. We will do
our best to be punctual. We pride ourselves on being on time.
During the initial consultation the designer will provide you
with conceptual ideas for a landscape project. They will also be
able to provide you with approximate pricing. If you require any
sort of design then a design contract will provided at the time
of the initial consultation. Fees for the design work will
depend on the scope and complexity of the project. Those of you
who belong to Home Owners Associations may be required to submit
detailed plans of the project. One of our designs is exactly
what you'll need for HOA or ARC approval.
